Linhope House is an imposing Grade 2 listed Georgian residence set within its own secluded  ground in cental Alnwick.s.It offers guests unlimited and secure parking and quality 5 star  guest accommodation.  The property is located just minutes away from the centre of the historic town of Alnwick, famous for its ancient castle with ‘Harry Potter and Blackadder ’  connections and the contemporary splendour of the Alnwick Garden. We are also only a short walk from www.alnwick-golfclub.co.uk  * (a 700 meter walk to be exact).

In this superb location, we aim to provide luxury and comfort in a friendly atmosphere.  Children over 15 years are welcome.  We operate a no smoking policy throughout the house.
Linhope House was built around 1820 and still retains much of its Regency elegance.  An imposing pillared entrance leads into an exquisite hallway, with original coving and staircase. A huge feature arched window lights up the hallway.

Guests can enjoy breakfast in the beautiful drawing room/dining room with its high ceilings, impressive marble fireplace and huge windows to both south and west.  Our three large guest rooms have been recently decorated using traditional styling and include a variety of antiques and modern furnishings to ensure every comfort. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite, whilst the third has its own private bathroom, with the added bonus of a steam/shower cabin containing optional radio and subtle lighting.

All our guest beds boast quality Egyptian cotton bedding and goose down duvets.  The rooms are also equipped with large fluffy dressing gowns, hairdryers, a range of toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarms and TV/DVD players.  A selection of books and DVDs are available for guest use.

Outside, the spacious lawned garden, together with an original ornate stone fountain, is surrounded by well established trees, lending the property a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. There is ample parking in a completely private car park for this 5 star property.

A minimum of two nights stay applies during the holiday period and at weekends.

The house and extensive grounds are available for exclusive use for certain times of the year which presents excellent value for a family holiday.Book early to avoid disappointment limited weeks left. ONLY  TWO WEEKS  LEFT FOR MAIN SUMMER PERIOD CALL FOR DETAILS.
